We are looking for a high-energy and mission-driven Demand Generation Manager to own and execute end-to-end demand generation functions, including developing strategies, implementing campaigns, measuring performance, managing events, and developing key partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, optimize processes, and maximize revenue generation.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of demand-generation initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as product and customer success, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation, and incorporate relevant insights into strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to identify opportunities, challenges, and customer insights that can inform demand-generation strategies.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns using key metrics, such as leads, conversions, and revenue, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, actively networking and promoting the brand to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in demand generation, business development, sales, field marketing, and/or events management.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to align marketing efforts to support revenue generation.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint and design tools like Adobe and Canva
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio
