We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Digital Content and Print Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging digital content for online platforms as well as creating impactful print materials such as brochures. The Digital Content and Print Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver visually compelling content across both digital and print channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visually appealing digital content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to enhance user engagement and convey brand messaging effectively
  • Create and maintain a library of digital assets for easy access and reuse
  • Conceptualize and create print materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Ensure print materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
  • Ensure all digital and print content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and integrate them into digital and print designs
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets strategic goals
  • Incorporate UX best practices into digital content to enhance user interaction and satisfaction
  • Ensure print materials are designed for an optimal reading and visual experience
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines for both digital and print materials
  • Communicate progress and challenges to the team, seeking feedback and input as needed
  • Monitor the performance of digital content and use analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content and Print Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of video editing software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of current design trends and digital marketing best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript with the ability to build and maintain websites using site builders like SquareSpace, Webflow, builder.io, etc
